Marketing Operations Automation

Many channels, one story.
Before anything goes out, the agent stops.

How marketing works

  1. 1

    Data collection

Channel data and leads are gathered in one place

    Output
→ Channel performance report, lead record
  2. 2

    Content

A draft is written to the brief and adapted for each channel

    Output
    → Content ready for approval
  3. 3

    Publishing

Approved content goes out to channels on the planned date and first performance data is collected

    Output
→ Published content and an up-to-date calendar
  4. 4

    Analysis

Competitor moves, brand mentions and event budgets are tracked

    Output
→ Competitor and market note, brand and reputation alert, event budget report

Where it goes wrong today: Data is downloaded from each platform separately and merged in Excel. Competitor moves are spotted by chance, negative comments late. The team's time goes into gathering data instead of messaging and creative work.

Channel performance reporting

What it does

  1. RobotPulls data from ad platforms, analytics and social media

  2. RobotMerges it into one template by campaign, channel and period

  3. RobotCalculates spend, reach, engagement and conversion

  4. RobotFlags items off target

What it protects you from

Time lost preparing reports, and errors that slip in when merging by hand

The brake: where people decide

Channel performance reporting

The report is ready, with off-target items flagged

The marketing owner adds commentary and shares the report

Lead collection

The agent has suggested a fit score

The sales owner confirms the score and priority; only then does the robot assign the lead

Content production and publishing

The draft and channel versions are ready

The marketing owner edits the content and approves publication; the robot publishes nothing unapproved

Competitor and market monitoring

A meaningful move is found and the impact note is ready

The marketing manager reviews the note and starts an action if needed

Brand and reputation tracking

A critical mention is found and a reply draft is ready

The corporate communications owner approves and publishes the reply

Event and budget tracking

There is a risk of budget overrun

The marketing owner decides on the budget and approves the event report

Important: The agent publishes nothing externally; it prepares drafts for content and replies. The decision to publish, and responsibility for it, rest with the marketing and corporate communications team. Lead enrichment uses only open, permitted sources, under personal data processing rules. Competitor monitoring uses only publicly available sources.

What you gain

  • Reporting becomes about interpretation, not data gathering.
  • Leads reach sales the same day.
  • Content takes less time to produce, and the publishing calendar holds.
  • Competitor moves are seen regularly, not by chance.
  • Replies to negative comments go out sooner.
  • The team spends its time on messaging and creative work instead of gathering data.

We work out the gain at your volume together in the process review.

Frequently asked questions

Does the agent reply on social media on our behalf?

No. The agent prioritises the mention and suggests a reply draft in your brand's voice. The corporate communications owner approves and publishes the reply; everything that goes out passes human approval.

How is personal data protected in lead enrichment?

Enrichment uses only open, permitted sources, under personal data processing rules. The fit score the agent suggests is not final until the sales owner confirms it.

Do you need to change our ad platforms or CRM?

Robots work through your existing screens and portals; your CRM does not need to change. Connections are set up through Central Agent.

Will the agent's content match our brand voice?

The agent writes the draft to your brief, audience and brand tone. The draft is a starting point; the final edit and approval to publish rest with the marketing owner.
