How finance and accounting work
Where it goes wrong today: Checks run in Excel and depend on one person. Unmatched records are hunted down by hand; cash deviations and due-date crunches are noticed late. Because the work is rule-bound, this is one of the areas where automation pays back fastest.
Where we place agents in the flow
Supplier invoice processing
What it does
RobotDownloads invoices from the inbox and verifies the supplier and tax number
RobotMatches lines to the order and goods receipt on amount, quantity and price
RobotRecords three-way matches in the ERP and sends the rest to exceptions
What it protects you from
Recording invoices that do not fit the order, and amount errors from manual entry
The brake: where people decide
Important: Responsibility for filings stays with the taxpayer and the accountant. The robot does not file returns, it prepares a draft; the signing and approval step stays with a person, under the taxpayer's authorisation. Cash flow warnings support decisions; the decision to act is the finance manager's.

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent file the tax return itself?
No. The robot pulls the data from the ERP, checks it and prepares the return file as a draft. Responsibility for the filing stays with the taxpayer and the accountant; approval is always with a person, and the upload happens only after approval.
Can a payment file reach the bank without approval?
No. The agent only suggests payment priority. Until the finance manager approves the list, the robot neither produces nor uploads the bank file.
Our invoices arrive as e-invoices, e-archive and paper. Can all of them be read?
Yes. The robot reads invoices in every format and matches them to the order. A field that cannot be read, or is read with low confidence, goes to the specialist; the robot never fills it with a guess.
Do you need to change our ERP, bank or tax portals?
Robots work through your existing screens and portals; your ERP does not need to change. Connections are set up through Central Agent.
