What is the Nisus Consulting Membership?
It is an RPA and Agentic AI consulting model with a fixed fee for 12 months that gives enterprises a set number of person-days every month. Analysis, development, testing, go-live, maintenance and enhancements all come from this capacity.
Is there an extra invoice for maintenance?
No. Maintenance and enhancements of delivered processes come from the same package's monthly capacity. There is no separate maintenance contract and no extra invoice.
How is it different from project-based consulting?
In the project model every process needs its own quote and approval, and maintenance is billed separately. In the membership the fee is known at the start of the year, the next process starts without waiting, and maintenance comes from the same package.
How is it paid?
One annual payment or a fixed monthly payment for 12 months. In both cases the fee does not change for 12 months.
Which packages are there?
10 person-days a month and 20 person-days a month. The right one is chosen together, based on your list of waiting processes.
What happens to capacity we do not use?
Monthly capacity is used within that month and does not carry over. That is why the process list is ranked up front and the team starts every month ready for the next job.
