Legal and Compliance Automation

Work where no deadline can slip.
Where legal judgment is needed, the agent stops.

How legal and compliance work

  1. 1

    Monitoring

Official notices are collected and legal deadlines calculated

    Output
→ Notice record and deadline calendar
  2. 2

    Contracts

Incoming drafts are reviewed; end and notice dates of contracts in force are tracked

    Output
→ Difference report, contract renewal alert
  3. 3

    Litigation and enforcement

Activity on open files, hearing and payment dates are tracked

    Output
→ Litigation and enforcement status report
  4. 4

    Compliance

Regulatory changes and party lists are screened

    Output
→ Regulatory impact note, compliance screening record

Where it goes wrong today: Information is scattered across portals and email. Tracking depends on individuals, and checks can be skipped in busy periods. Here the real gain from automation is less about time and more about closing the risk of a missed deadline.

Notice and portal monitoring

What it does

  1. RobotChecks UYAP, KEP and agency portals twice a day

  2. RobotDownloads new notices and matches them to the case and party

  3. RobotCalculates the legal deadline by document type and assigns it to the calendar and an owner

  4. RobotSends stepped reminders as the deadline nears

What it protects you from

Portal checks skipped in busy periods, and missed legal deadlines

The brake: where people decide

Notice and portal monitoring

A new notice is downloaded and its deadline calculated

Legal counsel reviews the document and decides the action; the robot escalates deadlines left open

Contract pre-review

Deviating or missing clauses and a risk note are found

Legal counsel assesses the differences and sets the revised wording; only then does the robot start the approval and signing flow

Contract term and renewal

The notice window is approaching

The business unit decides to renew, amend or terminate

Litigation and enforcement tracking

A development in a file needs a strategy decision

The legal owner assesses the development

Regulatory change monitoring

A relevant regulation is found and the impact note is ready

Legal counsel verifies the note and assigns the action to the unit concerned

Sanctions and party screening

A possible match is found

The compliance owner reviews and decides on the match; the robot records the decision with its reason and blocks the transaction if needed

Important: The contract pre-review is a preliminary review; the final legal assessment rests with legal counsel. The regulatory impact note is for information and does not replace a legal opinion. The agent gives no legal opinion and makes no compliance decision; it prepares material for assessment.

What you gain

  • Legal deadlines move from personal tracking into the system; nothing slips while the owner is on leave.
  • Notices reach their owner the same day.
  • No more contracts that renew silently or miss their termination window.
  • Non-standard clauses are seen before signing.
  • Compliance screening is recorded together with its evidence.
  • The team spends its time on legal assessment instead of portal checks and list tracking.

We work out the gain at your volume together in the process review.

Frequently asked questions

Does the agent give legal opinions?

No. The agent reads the draft and the regulations, pulls out the differences and impact, and prepares material for assessment. Legal opinions and final decisions always rest with legal counsel.

How do you access UYAP, KEP and e-notification portals?

The robot works through the existing portal screens with an authorised account your team defines; your systems do not need to change. The access method and permissions are set together in the process review. Connections are set up through Central Agent.

What happens if screening finds a similar name?

The robot scores the similar-name match and keeps the evidence, but does not close it itself. Unclear matches go to the compliance owner; the decision and its reason are recorded as an audit trail.

Which standard is used in the contract check?

Your own standard clause set. The agent compares the draft with the clauses your company accepts and shows those that deviate or are missing. The lawyer looks only at the differences instead of the whole draft.
